He is survived by: his children, Matthew Johnston (Monica), Amy Hansen (Brian), Laurie Wilson (Kevin), Dana Purcell (Mark) and Kathryn Bailey (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Trent), Tyler, Emily, Andrew, Jacob, Paige Christenson (Ryan), Kallie, Bailey Gines (Tanner), Jonathon, Jaelyn, Jocelyn, Jaycie, Alyssa, Austin, Anna, Avery, Lucy, Thomas and Evelyn; his great grandchildren, Aspen, Brighton and Sawyer; and his wife Donna (family: Jamie, Mike Melzer, Brian, Crystal Stanworth, Tammy, Scott Taylor, Kevin, Karyn Stanworth).

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (1997 S 400 E St, Springville, UT 84663).
