It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Louise Roberts in Syracuse, Utah, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Kimball Roberts and Elva Alice Dixon; her stepsiblings, Gene, JoAnn, David and Emma Lee; her daughter Arlene Margaret; her granddaughters, Meagan Buchanan and Alexi Beesley; her great grandchildren, Elenor Reardon and Rigby Reardon; and her friend Jean Lance.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy (Merlin Reader), Billy (Connie), Jimmy (Kathy) and Elvan (Janet); her stepsiblings, Ilene (Harold), James (Jo Ann) and Barbara (Vern); her former spouse Monte Maurice Jones; and her children, Anita Smith (Mike), David Jones (Marsha), Steven Jones (Rhonda), Elaine Jones, Alice Compton (Rusty), Betty Ann Stears (Matthew) and Brenda Reardon (Karry). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lindquist's Syracuse Mortuary (869 South 2000 West., Syracuse, UT 84075). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Roy City Cemetery (5200 S 2300 W, Roy, UT 84067).
