He was predeceased by: his parents, Elhanan Davis Fisher and Elizabeth Anne Fisher (Peterson); his sister Karolynn Fisher; his parents-in-law, Fred and Dellemarette Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Miller and Ted Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Leslie McNeely (Raymond) and Andrew Fisher (Amber); his sisters, Kathy Gardner and Connie Campbell; and his children, Jennifer Nye and Charles Casias. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and his three dogs.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lindquist Syracuse Mortuary (869 South 2000 West., Syracuse, UT 84075). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 24th 2026 at the Gardner Cemetery.
