He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter A. Hartman and Beatrice Evans Hartman; his siblings, Maureen O'Brien of Bishop, California and Kim Hartman of Pocatello; his family, Paul and Alta Bateman; his sister Joann Buttars; and his wife Betty Mae Mortensen. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
