He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Levi and Grace Moore (Hillman); his wife Nancy Pearl Nielsen; and his brother TJ Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jody Howell (Don), Bruce Moore (Andrea), Bryan Moore (Brenda) and Ann Garnes (Matt). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
