She is survived by: her parents, Laurie Rich Sparrow and Darwin Sparrow; her siblings, Josh Sparrow (Megan), Joelle Perkins (Tony) and Jamie Breckenridge (Andrew); her nephew Ryland Sparrow; her nieces, Chloe Sparrow, Hayden and Gracie Breckenridge; and her pet Snoops.
Every year, Jacey would faithfully donate to the Utah Humane Society and Best Friends Animals Society. We believe Jacey would love and appreciate you doing the same in lieu of flowers.
