He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Petersen and Norita Black Petersen; and his daughter Julie Anne Petersen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Davis; his children, Christy, Jennifer and Nick; and his siblings, Marleen, Anita Joy, Nadine, Dennis and Dale. He is also survived by 3 stepsons, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
