He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Wayne, Melissa (Rafael), Medina and Melinda Gutierrez; and his siblings, Tommy Gutierrez (Ramona), Margaret Quintana (Eddie), Jordy Navejas (Zeke) and Isabel Wheaton (Kelly). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
