He is survived by: his wife Lily Vance of Alpine; his sons, Lee (Julie), David (Sharon) and Steven (Brenda); his grandchildren, Tammy Moore, Rick0, Van, Brent (Summer), Harrisville and Kaila Silcox (Justin); his great grandchildren, Alirah Silcox, Rial Moore, Colter Moore and Nigel Silcox; and his siblings, Ginger Menelle and Richard S. Jacobson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rock Creek Chapel (3267 W 700 S, Syracuse, UT 84075). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
