He was predeceased by: his father Richard Slater; his brother Daron Slater; and his stepfather Edward Kingsford. He is survived by: his mother Betty Kingsford; his daughter Nichole Hardy; his sister Rachelle Hall; and his grandchildren, Mercedes Christensen and Harley Christensen.
