He is survived by: his parents, Niel Bailey and LaRae Bailey; his wife Michelle; his children, Ashley Bernards (Adam), Lindsey Dower (Cameron) and Jaden Bailey; his grandchildren, Harper, Oakley, Finley and Beau; and his brothers, Scott Bailey and Craig Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2865 West 800 North, West Point, Utah 84015).
