With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa M Ekins (Syracuse, Utah), who passed away on June 10, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Albert Pike Clement; her husbands, A. Ray Ekins and Boyd Curtis Hansen; her son James; and her son-in-law Allen.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Theresa Enderlin; her children, Janis Rupp, Milton Hansen (Nola) and Susan LaVonne Meyer; her daughter-in-law Mickey Hansen; and her sister Julia Cook. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 4 – soon to be 5 – great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russon Mortuary (1585 W 300 S, Syracuse, UT 84075). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Syracuse City Cemetery (1250 S 1000 W, Syracuse, UT 84075).
