He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fialkowski and Alice Fialkowski; and his children, Michelle Fialkowski and Jason Fialkowski. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fialkowski; his children, Monica Franco (Art), Matthew Fialkowski (Kara) and Pepper Duckworth; his siblings, William Fialkowski (Celeste), Mark Fialkowski (Dory) and Barbara Fialkowski-Suarez (Artie Faedtke); and his grandchildren, Humberto Medina, Alejandra Franco, Alyiah Franco, DeVerae Duckworth, Brooklyn Franco, Jaidyn Franco, Nineveh Franco, Malayah Fialkowski, Ezra Fialkowski, Yuki and Diesel.
