He was predeceased by : his parents, Kent Winn and Ruth Anne Evans; and his son Anthony Thomas Winn. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Winn; his children, Corrina (Bob Larrabee), Nathan (Brooke Winn), Jared (Jenny Winn) and Landenn Winn; and his siblings, Bob Winn, Bud Winn, Janice Raymond and Evelyn Jordan. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
