She was predeceased by: her parent Alphonzo Barton Madsen; her husband Donald E. Frandsen; her mother Manila Madsen; her parents-in-law, Elmer and Cleo Frandsen; her siblings, Myron, Ralph Madsen, Melva Allred and Mildred; her siblings-in-law, Max Allred and Ruth Madsen; and her son-in-law Glenn Lamb.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Frandsen (Gaylinn), Carrie Lynn Shiner (Shane) and Brenda Lamb; and her sister-in-law Carolyne Madsen. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
