She is survived by: her husband Albert Martin Cook; her siblings, Richard White (Bud), Monte White and Terry Peterson; her son Lance Elliot Cook; her grandson Justin Rich; her siblings, Bev and Larry Vaughn White; her daughters, Kristine Rich (David) and Jenny West (Canada); her grandchildren, Shannon Boseman (Gregg), Megan Boseman (Shelby) and Cassidy West (Sasha Z.); and her great grandchildren, Samuel Rich, Kristalyn Boseman Clinton, Aubrianne Boseman Squires, Aidan Boseman, Rhiannan, Alexis, Lance, Madison and Piper.
