We bid farewell to Christy Lynn Lundquist (Taylorsville, Utah), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 15, 2025 at the age of 70. Christy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Christy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Christy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Hofheins and Carol Brundage Hofheins; and her brother Jeffrey Hofheins. She is survived by: her husband Cole Lundquist; her children, Nicole Ballou (Eric), Michael Lundquist and Melissa Lundquist; and her sister Barbara Hofheins. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the LDS Stake Center (5980 S 1300 W, Taylorsville, UT 84123). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
