He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon T Adams and Elaine Butterfield Adams; and his brother Randy. He is survived by: his wife Tena; his children, Sam (Lindsey), Mollie (Theo) and Emily; his grandchildren, Sam, Nash, Addison and Grady; his siblings, Jeff (Adrienne) and Kathy (Brent); and his sister-in-law Paige.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gathering Hall. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McDougal Funeral Home - C/D (4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123).
