He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Arveda; and his brothers, Douglas, Spencer and Lawrence.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rae Bolin; and his children, Dennis, Jacque Wilkinson (Ned), Scott (Debbie) and Jeff (Laurie). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
