She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles G Matthies and JoAnn Whitaker Matthies; her husband Jim; and her children, Randy (Margie) and Penny. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the McDougal Life Celebration Center (4306 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Taylorsville City Cemetery (4567 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123).
