She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester Bodenhofer and Nellie Wanda Behunin; her grandson Aaron Hatch; her son-in-law Thomas Hatch; and her siblings, Jeannie Schuster, James Bodenhofer (Bill) and John Bodenhofer.
She is survived by: her spouse Marlin Eugene Ek; her close friend Marlin Ek; her children, Marla Bath (Lynn), Marsha Hatch, Shawn Ek (Madelyn), Kevin Ek (Berdette), Debra Bowen (Steven), Laura Whitworth (Barry) and Krista Mathison (Jason); and her sisters, Julia Bartholomew and Joyce Russell. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren.
