He was predeceased by: his father Jay Black. He is survived by: his mother Helen Black; his children, Miquelle, Nate (KayDee), Zach, Tony (Gaby) and Isabelle; and his grandchildren, Hadley, Ellie, Leila and Grace. He is also survived by three brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
