She is survived by: her former spouse McClaine Ray Holt; and her sons, Steven Ray Holt (Peggy), William Craig Holt (Catherine), Michael Dean Holt (Laurie), Richard Allen Holt and Robert Boyd Holt (Sara).

Viewing was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the McDougal Funeral Home - C/D (4330 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
