He is survived by: his mother Irene Jacobson; his daughter Katelynn Melissa; his siblings, Guy, Liana (Kelly), Michele, Joyce (Gordon), Boyd (Angie) and Pam; and his half-siblings, Brianne (Anthony) and Megan (Alex). He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, 15 great-nieces and nephews.
