She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Greenwood and David H. Elton of Cedar Fort, Utah.. She is survived by: her son Bob Stookey (Loni); her grandchildren, Jenna Willes (Dallin), Roby Reid (Heather), Ryan Reid (Cassie), Kyle McKendrick (Mindy), Cory McKendrick (Brooke), Kourtni Plymell (Nathan), Jordan Haskell (Abby), Rilee, Trevor, Whitley, Brock and Blake Stookey; her sister Beverly Hunt; her in-laws, Gladys and Milton Stookey; her son Marlin; her husband Garth Stookey; her daughters, Shauna, Sheryl and Judy; her sisters, Eileen Ashley (Glenn) and Lynda Norris; and her sister-in-law Joan Farnworth. She is also survived by spouses, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you take someone you love to a ball game and toast a Pepsi to Barbara! (Go Cougs!).
