She was predeceased by: her parents, Josef Schutz and Lydia Minnie Lawrence; her husband Paul W Shields; and her siblings, Joseph, John and Beverly.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy and Paul; her grandchildren, Scott, Steve, Mike, Lari (Jones) and Kerri (Shek); her sister Janet; and her children, Scott, Steve, Mike, Lari (Jones) and Kerri (Shek). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, along with extended family and many friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Tate Mortuary (110 S Main St, Tooele, UT 84074).
