She was predeceased by : her father Harley Gaston Brown; her former life partner Dave; and her sister Debora. She is survived by : her mother Joan Doris Brown; her sisters, Michelle Miranda and Jozanne Brady; her husband James; her children, Matthew Turner (Hollie), Jennifer Turner of Boise, ID, Brian Turner (Heidi) of West Jordan, UT, Douglas Turner (Amanda) of Ogden, UT, Holly Turner of Herriman, UT, Liz Jaeger of Beaver Creek, OH, Meredith Fisher and Zackery Turner of West Jordan, UT.; and her grandchildren, Adam, Destiny, Ian, Kip, Eric, Belle, Claire, Mace, Deacon, Mandolin, Emme and Charlie. She is also survived by 2 step-children, 12 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and extended family.
In 2017 Diane moved in with her son Brian and his family in West Jordan, UT, where she continued to tend her garden and spend time with her grandchildren until Covid caused complications in the beginning of 2021 and she needed to live in assisted living facilities in Sandy, UT.
Diane had developed an undetermined Parkinson's-like disease in the past few years that affected her mental and physical health until she passed peacefully in her sleep in the Sandy Health and Rehab center in Utah.
