He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe J Hall and Clara M Freestone; and his siblings, Ella Rae and D'Aure. He is survived by: his significant other Doris Gillespie; his sons, Rick and Craig Hall; and his grandson Brian Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
