He was predeceased by : his parents, Farrell Caldwell and Annie Lorraine Caldwell of Pine Canyon, Utah.; his brother LaVar (Marlene); and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Angelyn, Adam and Ben.

He is survived by : his former life partner Sharon Boulter; his children, Tammy, Chris, Tricia and Chad; his wife Marlene Palmer Caldwell; and his children, Bob, Cheri, Sydney, Linda, Alice and Karma. He is also survived by his children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
