He was predeceased by : his parents, Horacio Felix and Rita Cardenas Lopez. He is survived by : his brother Gilbert; his wife LaRae Provstgaard; his children, Chris R., Betheny (Daryl), Lori (Mike), Uriayah (Tamesha), Jessica (Ken) and Shannon (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Trisha, Justin (Kristy), Melisa (Joe), Lacey (Nick), Meagan, Hollee (Matt), Micah (Marah), Chase (Christine), Park (Rachel), Gabby and Julian. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
