She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Patricia Moore, Eleanor and Russell Conant; her mother Lillian Joann Edwards; her uncles, William Richards and Clark Richards; her aunt Misty Richards; her brothers, Jeffery Sprague and Dallas Sprague; and her daughter Jordynn Dennis.
She is survived by: her father Jeffery Sprague; her husband Micheal Dennis Jr.; her children, Jessica Taylor (Hunter), Jaymie Dennis, Landon Dennis and Devyn Dennis; her stepparents, Brandi Watts (Neil) and James Edwards; her siblings, Wesley Sprague, Livio Ramirez (Jodi), Tabitha Adkins, Corina Edwards and Dustin Sprague; and her grandson Braxton Taylor. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tate Mortuary (110 S Main St, Tooele, UT 84074).
