He is survived by: his children, Matthew John Ekker (Debbie) of Taylorsville, Utah, Michelle Adams (Tony) of Tooele, Utah, Mary Lou Ekker of Tooele, Utah, Melinda Johnson (Brady) of Vernon, Utah and Holly Christina Sorensen (Nate) of Payson, Utah. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
