He is survived by: his wife Shawnee Hammond; his children, Kelly and Crystal; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Travis (Elizabeth), Nathan, Curtis (Trevor), Samantha, Josh (Niki), Dylan (Ferrin), Steffanie (Zachary), Zachary (Angel), Joshua (Stephanie) and Tasia (Derek). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
