She was predeceased by: her husband John Garcia; her sons, Rudy and Charlie; and her parents, Jose Brito and Maxine Brito.

She is survived by: her children, Tessie Duran (John), Joseph Garcia, Philbert Garcia (Kimberly), Elaine Burke (Rick), Ronnie Garcia (Brenda) and David Garcia (Aileen); her sisters, Betty B. Quintana and Berniece Contretas; her grandson Leandro Aragon; her siblings, Aurora B. Fernandez, Ben E. Brito, Nelson Brito, Adela Mondragon, Eloida Vargas and Albert Brito; and also Henry Brito. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren.
