He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Garn Milar and Dorothy Gust; his sister Linda Milar Rodeback; and his brother-in-law Winn Noyes. He is survived by: his wife Judy Milar; his grandson Levi Howard Larsen (Bailey Larsen); his children, Jodie Lynne Carter, Christie Lea Larsen, Daniel Larsen (Pauline) and David Leroy Larsen (Nina); his grandchildren, Masen, Colby, Angel, Davina and Damien; and his great grandchildren, Kaiven, Mikey and Gideon.
