She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Joseph Fairfield and Edna Ilene Hall. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dean Maddox; her children, Kevin Maddox of West Jordan, Dawn Torres (Anthony Torres) of South Jordan, Brian Maddox of Logan, Ryan Maddox of Sandy, Gary Lynn Maddox, Candace Lee Howell and Bruce Allen Maddox; and her sister Barbara Joan Fairfield. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
