He is survived by: his wife Kathy Loffer Curtis; his stepchildren, Jennifer, Teri, Carin, Beth, Michael, Shawn and Zach; his children, Trevor, Mary and Joshua; and his siblings, Robert, Christopher, Lorri, Opal and David. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
