She was predeceased by: her brother Jared Shawn Siwik. She is survived by: her parents, Rodney Jensen and Martha Jensen; her children, Lacey Jensen and Matthew Jensen; and her siblings, Deven Jensen, Jeff Jensen (Candice), Steven Jensen (Tara), William Jensen (Mariah), Vanessa Jensen Dall (Justin) and Kim Jones. She is also survived by 10 nieces & nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the LDS Church (2101 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84119).
