With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Warren Curtis Jr. (Tooele, Utah), who passed away on September 4, 2021 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Joshua Nathaniel; his sister Kayla Marie Curtis; his grandparents, Edna, LaMar Maxfield, Betty and Bernard Curtis; his aunts, Uvonne McCarty (Maxfield) and DeAnna Maxfield; and his uncle Byron Grant Maxfield.

He is survived by : his parents, Richard Curtis and Trudy Curtis (Maxfield); his mother-in-law Heather Story; his children, Mindee Kathleen (Nic), Elijah Grant, Shelley Elizabeth Louise, Randall Warren William, Alexandria Mae, Devin Gustavus and Taylor Marye Carman; his wife Dawn; his children, Amanda Journigan (Michael), Byron and Gabriel; his granddaughters, Kayden Costello, Chassis Costello and Raevyn Journigan; and his siblings, Jason Curtis (Brianna) and Misty Young (Brad). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
