He is survived by: his siblings, Lenard Kirk (Ellen Childs) and Janet; his parents-in-law, Clinton Herlein and Rita Davidson (Isenberger); his sisters-in-law, Leslie Graf (Chris) and Meredith Herlein-Rolow; his nephews, Landon Middaugh (Kim Gladwell), Garrett Middaugh (Stefanie Applonie), Morgan Middaugh (Tanica Hansen), Clifton Middaugh, Wyatt Middaugh (Addi Moore) and Barry Rolow (JR); and his niece Carrol Ann Rolow. He is also survived by his wife and siblings.
