She was predeceased by: her parents, George Morgan and Pheba Morgan; her former husband Keith Edward Rollie (Bud); her husband Luke Phillips; her grandson Cody Rollie; her siblings, Wallace, Jay, Loren, Glen, Eva, Dean, Denzel, Deonna and Sydney; and her son Loren Kent.
She is survived by: her children, Utahna Perkins (Danny), Keith Rollie (Jan) and Doyle Rollie (Patti). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Tate Mortuary (110 S Main St, Tooele, UT 84074). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tooele City Cemetery (361 S 100 E, Tooele, UT 84074).
