He is survived by: his wife Paula Statham; his daughters, Kimberly Jorgensen (Jon) and Shauna Brinkerhoff (Clay); his grandchildren, Landon, Braydon, Tanner, Audrey and Sister Leslie Carillo; and his brother-in-law Conrad Carrillo.
