She was predeceased by: her parents, Majorie Boulter and Albert Boulter; and her sister Sandra Castelar. She is survived by: her sister Marsha Bentley (Larry); her children, Tammy Forschen (James), Chris Caldwell (Kathy Jo), Tricia Pace and Chad Caldwell (Darci); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Harris, Serenity Forschen, Jeffery Caldwell, Krysta Cornwall, Kamille Ortiz, Jake Ortiz, Valerie Ortiz and Tanner Critchlow. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
