She was predeceased by: her parents, Abrum LeGrant Van Noy and Elva Coy; and her husband Jay Worthington. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Ward (Stan) and Bill Van Noy (Wink); and her caregivers, Dr. Ronald Trudell, Lacey Cooper and Gwen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
