He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren T. Wicks and Helen E. Pass; and his siblings, Patricia McNeil, Patsy Hamby and David Wicks.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wicks; his children, Marci Wicks and Brandon Wicks (Anna); and his grandchildren, Jade Sanchez (Oscar), Henry Wicks and Grace Wicks. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Tate Mortuary (110 S Main St, Tooele, UT 84074). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tooele City Cemetery (361 S 100 E, Tooele, UT 84074). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cottonwood Country Club (1780 Lakewood Dr, Holladay, UT 84117).
