She is survived by: her husband Dale Cummins; her children, Kim Langston (Dallan) and Shirl Shane Johnson; her grandchildren, Dallan Jr. (Casandra), Brandy (Andrew) and Jada (Brandon); her siblings, Vickie Davis (Reed), Tamara Robertson (Steve), Kirk Orton and Kelvin Orton (Lori); and her sister-in-law Mary Orton (Roland). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
