He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Mallet; his son Steve Phillips (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Collin Phillips (Jordyn), Erin Wolken (Jason), Lauren Phillips and Braydon Phillips.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Torrey LDS Ward Chapel (89 E Main St, Torrey, UT 84775). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Torrey LDS Chapel (89 E Main St, Torrey, UT 84775). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at the Torrey Cemetery.
