She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Bullard and Golda "Billie" Taft Bullard; her husband Deloyd; her son-in-law Leon Chappell; and her brothers, Francis and John.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Chappell (late Leon), Mary Jacobsen (Brent) and Peggy Miller (Sherm); and her sister Cora Mae Taylor. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel (260 N 400 W, Richfield, UT 84701). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Torrey Cemetery.
