He is survived by: his parents, Jason Cook and Trinitty Lyn Cook; his siblings, Isaac Lars and GattLyn Jean Cook; his uncles, Brandon and Kyle Cook; and his great-uncle Chad Scoffield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rudd Funeral Home-Tremonton (111 N 100 E, Tremonton, UT 84337). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery.
