We bid farewell to LaRene Scott (Tremonton, Utah), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 24, 2025 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her mother Merle Laura Hansen Scott; and her siblings, Mark Scott and Charlene Udy. She is survived by: her father Wesley Irvine Scott; her sons, Brian Bowen (Kristen) of Beaver Dam, UT, Robert Bowen (Laura) of Raeford, NC and Bart Bowen (Megan) of Logan, UT; and her grandchildren, Dylan Burnley, Weston, Jeremy, Jace, Luke, Teddy, Charlotte, George, Mckenzie, Cooper and Blake Sunny Bowen. She is also survived by three sisters; one brother.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beaver Dam Church (16025 N Beaver Dam Rd, Collinston, UT 84306). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Beaver Dam Cemetery N (16165 N Cemetery Rd, Collinston, UT 84306).

She also made significant contributions to the State of Utah's Director of the Fostering Kids Program, retiring in 2017 at the age of 62.
